Blue Ocean Systems (BOS) is the only authorized SAP software product training centre in Nepal. It has been providing SAP training for the last three years under a program called SAP e-Academy. SAP e-Academy is a distant learning academy which follows the same curriculum as SAP's proven classroom academy curriculum. SAP e-academy program was a huge success in Nepal for three main reasons, flexibility in learning schedule, reduced cost and consistent quality of the training materials.
The SAP uAcademy program is an expansion of the SAP’s existing engagement with selective Universities around the world. This venture has enabled Universities and colleges to extend their range of fee-paying courses to accommodate the SAP curriculum. Mostly, the learning centres are located within the premises of the University / College. However for Nepal, Blue Ocean Systems extends this facility for undergraduate and graduate level students.
The SAP uAcademy follows the same delivery mode as SAP eAcademy. With the presence of SAP eAcademies aplenty, one might wonder about the necessity of overlapping delivery, especially when the courses offered in SAP uAcademies are the same. However, the difference is SAP uAcademies are targeted at the student community. They are designed to improve the convenience and cost-effectiveness of training for graduate and post-graduate students seeking a career in SAP solutions.
Given it is a program offered in universities and licenced educational institutions; the price is considerably moderate. BOS Nepal has been offering SAP education for learners at its eAcademy for over three years. Leveraging on the success of its eAcademy program, Blue Ocean Systems has now launched a SAP uAcademy program, priced at 50% of the regular offer of an SAP eAcademy course. All university students are eligible to enroll in to this program.
